Terms of Service

1. General

Book Taxi Skopje provides private taxi transportation in North Macedonia and international transfers to neighbouring countries. By using this website and our services you agree to these terms. Passengers must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent.

2. Booking & confirmation

Bookings are made via WhatsApp, Viber or phone at +389 78 202 368, or through the form on this site. Confirmed bookings receive a message with the pickup time, location and price. We may refuse or cancel a booking due to incorrect information, unavailability or events beyond our control.

3. Pricing & payment

Fares are fixed based on the route, with no hidden fees. Payment is accepted in cash (EUR or MKD), by card, or by bank transfer arranged in advance. Additional stops should be agreed beforehand. Normal luggage is free; please mention excessive baggage when booking.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the ride are free of charge. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the trip cost. No-shows may be charged in full. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate booking details, be ready at the scheduled pickup time, follow the law and driver instructions, and keep the vehicle clean (cleaning fees may apply otherwise). We may refuse service to intoxicated or abusive passengers.

6. Driver responsibilities

Our driver commits to safe, punctual and professional service in a clean, well-maintained vehicle, assisting with luggage and respecting passenger privacy.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border delays or other events beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Vehicles are insured per local regulations.

8. Border crossings & international travel

For international transfers, passengers must hold valid travel documents, passports and any required visas. We are not responsible for border-related delays or refusals due to documentation issues.
